What time are check-in and check-out? +

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early arrival requests may be accommodated subject to availability.

What is your booking and cancellation policy? +

Bookings are confirmed with a valid credit card. Standard cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before arrival without charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows may be charged one night’s room rate plus taxes.

Which payment methods do you accept? +

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in the local currency. Prepaid reservations are also welcome.

Is early check-in or late check-out available? +
